In year 12 we didn't need as much planning for our film as there was not a lot of key elements to produce our film where as for a music video you have to think about the lighting of the set to make sure that it is bright enough, the music has to be in time with the lip syncing and you have to find suitable locations. This makes the work a lot harder to do as you can not just do it on the day as we could for our film, we had to get permission to use the different locations and we had to organise how we could get the lip syncing in time which meant that we had to take the work a lot more seriously to ensure that we get a good quality music video which also meant we worked outside of lesson time.
To organise the key parts of the music video we had to work in a group which meant allocating roles for people in our group to ensure we had the key components of our music video. We also had to think that about what the audience want so that they didn't get bored of the video (viewer fatigue) which meant we had to create an interesting music video which would capture their interest in order to keep them viewing the video.
