CD Cover Design

Here is my CD cover I created. I decided to use minimal images as for many grime CD covers there is a lot of images  but I didn't want to conform to the conventions of most grime artists CD covers. I thought that by using as much of our Brand Identity in as possible without filling the space too much. There is a lot of white in the background as well as on the text for the artists name 'Jay'. I decided that I would use the London skyline as it is another part of our Brand Identity and it fits with the Urban Jungle font we have used as at the bottom of the font there appears to be parts missing where buildings would be (buildings silhouettes). I like the design but for our actual digi-pack it would be hard for this to flow with images of the artist as well as locations. Although I feel this would make a good CD cover it is not what our group wants as it will be too tricky to generalise this to the rest of our digi-pack.
